I like the ability to go to your dealership and set up an oil change for my vehicle after I had set up a later date. It is hard to find any type of oil change for any vehicle under $100

It is a change from doing the work at the shop to having to go down to the oil change garage!! I like working with Dean and trust his opinion. Getting over the past history of the oil changing place will take some trust over time. I did go down and visit with the crew and feel a lot better about the work they do.

Dewey took me in as a top priority it seemed like. He knew how badly I wanted my dream car. He did everything to get me it. 10/10 experience.

The reason I gave it a poor is because when they ordered the light for me, I asked first this is covered under warranty right and they told me yes. I said OK order it. When they were working on it, they realized it wasn’t going to be covered under the warranty and they did not come out and asked if i wanted it done anyway and in the end we got a $1700 bill that we didn’t expect. I was not very happy and I really think something should be done to correct this matter. It should have been covered under the warranty.

can't believe the expense oil change then 175 dollar charge air filter 55 dollars and 25 dollars to install for labor while oil was draining. I will not come back for an oil change again.

Quick friendly service.

The car was brought into the dealership for warranty repair on May 12. Parts were ordered on that date. The original date I was given as an estimate for repair completion was July 3. On June 30 i contacted the dealership and was told the part was delivered and they would be doing the repair the next day. I received a call from the dealership on July 2 informing me that the replacement part was defective and a new part had to be ordered. The new part was finally received on July 21 and put in the vehicle on July 22 and test runs performed on July 23. I finally received the vehicle back on July 23 at 4:00 pm. Seventy-two (72) days after it entered the shop and 20 days after the promised repairs were to originally be completed. I am very disappointed in the fact that a brand new vehicle with less than 5500 miles has to have such a major repair done. My confidence in the GMC, the vehicle and parts has diminished tremendously,

My service was on 7/3 for an oil change, but I’m not certain it was actually done. My oil life monitor showed 100%, but there was no windshield sticker indicating the type and quantity that was used. Also, most dealerships will run the vehicle through a car wash and vacuum the interior. Neither were done.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and an oil change at 9:00 am.I was advised it would take an hour for each so decided to just wait till it was done. About 11:00 am I notice my vehicle was out in parking lot so I figured they would be coming to the waiting area to tell me it was done. After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to go to service advisor and ask if it was done. He said it was and just had to close it out. The ticket said to call when done even though I said I would wait for it. I hope this was just a fluke and not normal proceedure.

I made the appointment for my Acadia via the GMC app/email. Unfortunately, one of my concerns was misunderstood, but once we understood each other, everything went smoothly. When parts arrive, I can make the 160-mile round trip back to Aberdeen to finish repairing all that ails my car. I'm thankful for the skilled mechanics who keep me safe when I'm on the road!

Truck was in for a sensor pop in on front bumper. $173 dollars and not working. Had to go to service 2 weeks later and replace the sensor it worked but they couldn't find a problem with trailer warning of taillight not working. That was another $748 so I asked for some credit on body shop job and was declined. Not too happy about that.

Went in for an oil change. Wound up needing A water pump, they performed both .

It was good I had done a lot of shopping on line for the car I wanted and found it here so it was just a matter of sealing the deal which was good. Paul and Ron were very helpful with the process. I like to shop locally but couldn't find what I wanted so when saw it in Aberdeen and in stock I had to get it and it helped that our son lives in Aberdeen so making the trip was a plus.

Easy scheduling and efficient service

Went in for a engine light that came on on my lzo 3.0 and spent $4500 waited almost 3 weeks for it and when I went and got it I drove for about 45 min and check engine light came right back on now I’m waiting for it again sadly

I have worked with Paul before and continue to come back because I have always felt he has my best interest at heart. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I’ve been interested in and knows what he’s talking about.

I asked for a loaner car when I made appointment The service guy told me they did not have down that o requested one. I ended up getting one. Not happy about having to make a point that I needed a loaner.

Roger was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns I had with my vehicle. I came in with a check engine light on and he got my vehicle in and they resolved the problem right away without having an appointment. All around top notch service!! Thank you SLA Service Dept!!

I don’t think there is enough communication from dealership. They started working on my truck on Monday and said they would keep me updated. On Wednesday I called in the morning and got voicemail so left a message to be called back. No return call so called again at 3:30 pm and they said they would check on it and call back. 3:45 pm they called back and said it’s done and I could come pick it up. When I picked it up I asked what was wrong with it. My service advisor said they put some spacers in. Really? That was why I had no transmission and was stranded 25 miles from home?

People were friendly. It was an oil change and they upsold a cabin filter.

Robert Grosz was very helpful with everything I needed. He is very nice and professional. This was the second vehicle that I purchased from him.

Since the service took two days to complete. It would have been nice if told me that would be taking that long. Even when I called to ask when it would be done they never got back to me with a time. They evidently had to order a part and have it delivered overnight but I think the customer should be informed of a delay. Plus this is a new that I have had problems with it starting twice since I purchased it and it doesn’t even have 5000 miles.
